By the end of 2024, oilseed stocks in Russian agricultural organizations declined to 5.23 million tons (-5% compared to the previous year). Sunflower seed stocks decreased to 2.12 million tons (-23%), including 214,440 tons in agricultural organizations (-222,930).
According to Rosstat, by the end of 2024, Russia’s grain stocks were 26.7 million tons (-24.5% compared to the previous year). Wheat stocks stood at 15.4 million tons (-29.4%), and corn stocks at 3.4 million tons (-8.3%).
According to Fedoil data, in 2024, oilseed processing in the EU and the UK reached 39.24 million tons (+3.2% compared to the previous year). Rapeseed processing amounted to 18.9 million tons (19.4), soybean processing to 14.1 million tons (13.39), and suneed processing to 6.25 million tons (5.25). Processing capacity declined to 45.12 million tons (45.42).
Jordan has purchased 120,000 tons of feed barley of unspecified origin. A total of 60,000 tons of barley was bought from Ameropa at a price of 249.25 USD/ton, with delivery scheduled between May 15–31. A new tender for 120,000 tons of feed barley of unspecified origin, with delivery from April to May, will be held on January 29, 2025.
