- In 2022, the area with winter cereals in Russia will reach 18.4 million hectares against the plan of 19 million hectares. So far, 16.3 million hectares have been sown.

- Over the week of October 24-30, 341,300 tons of grain were exported from the Russian port of Novorossiysk, including 254,500 tons of wheat, 59,300 tons of barley, 27,600 tons of peas. Wheat exports reached 66,900 tons to Sudan, 53,200 tons to Yemen, 51,000 tons to Oman, 48,600 tons to Iran and 34,800 tons to Turkey.

- From the beginning of 2022/23 to 31.10.2022, 12.913 million tons of grain were exported from Ukraine (19.41 in 2021/22), including 4,221 million tons in October (5,047).
