During the week starting from November 15, 2023, the export tax on Russian wheat is 4,544.9 rubles/ton (4,529.7 a week earlier), the export tax on corn will be 1,102 rubles/ton (1,291.2). Zero duty continues to be applied on barley.

From July 1 to November 15, 2023, Ukraine exported 10.968 million tons of grain (15.666 a year earlier), including 1.728 million tons in November (2.363). Exports included 5.225 million tons of wheat (594,000 in November), 749,000 tons of barley (67,000), and 4.865 million tons of corn (1.061).

According to the forecast by FranceAgriMer for 2023/24, France's wheat exports to non-EU countries will be 10.1 million tons (9.8 in the previous estimate and -0.5 compared to 2022/23). Exports to EU countries will be 6.79 million tons (7.33 and +6.3%). At the end of the season, soft wheat stocks in France will reach 2.78 million tons (3.06 in October). Corn stocks will be 1.86 million tons (1.64), and barley stocks will be 1.7 million tons (1.65).

According to Conab data as of November 11, 2023, 46% of the planned areas for the first corn crop in Brazil have been planted (+6% for the week and 54% year-on-year). Soybeans have been planted on 58% of the planned areas (+10% and 66%). Wheat has been harvested on 87% of the areas (+15% and 59%).

According to Anec's forecast for November, Brazil will export 8.35 million tons of corn (8.32 in the previous estimate and +2.89 compared to November 2022). From January to November, the total corn exports will be 50.68 million tons (44.69 for the same period in 2022). Corn exports in November will reach 5.15 million tons (5.96 and 1.92), and soymeal exports are projected at 2.26 million tons (1.69 and 1.35).

The Philippines are looking to purchase 30,000 tons of wheat with delivery in April 2024.

Jordan has canceled a tender to purchase 120,000 tons of milling wheat of unspecified origin. The proposed prices were 279-292 USD/ton, while the buyer expected no more than 275 USD/ton FOB. The next tender is scheduled for November 21, 2023.

Tunisia has bought 50,000 tons of durum wheat at a price of 424.69 USD/ton C&F with delivery within November-December.
